CEO of FCR Law and a lawyer specialized in tax and business law, Bruno focuses on advising national and international organizations on various matters, emphasizing direct taxes, international taxation, business law, and innovation.

Bruno holds a Bachelor’s degree in International Relations from the University of São Paulo (USP) and in Law from Mackenzie University. He also has an MBA in Business Management from Fundação Getúlio Vargas (FGV) and an MBA in Tax Management from FIPECAFI/USP. Additionally, he specialized in Law for Startups at Insper and has significant international academic experience, having received a scholarship from the German government to participate in an academic exchange program at Westfälische Wilhelms-Universität (WWU) in Münster, Germany.

He worked as a Senior International Tax Consultant at a multinational consulting firm, participating in various tax structuring projects (inbound and outbound) for businesses developed by Brazilian and foreign organizations. Furthermore, he served as a legal consultant for national and international organizations on matters such as corporate law, legal due diligence, corporate investigations, M&A, and tax law.
