Carla Tredici Christiano is a lawyer at FCR Law. Her practice focuses on the area of tax consultancy, advising national, foreign companies and individuals in various matters of Brazilian tax law; including non-profit entities. She has extensive experience in advising companies on the taxation of merger and acquisition transactions (M&A), cross-border investments, debt transactions and reorganizations, as well as with estate planning (succession/wealth management).
Before joining FCR Law, she worked at Big Four and renowned law firms, focusing on Tax Law and International Tax Law.
