Felipe‘s practice centers on international and Brazilian business law, corporate law and M&As. He is also involved in projects within the Latin American region and in setting up structures in the region and internationally.
Prior to joining FCR Law, he worked in a Parisian law firm and in the legal department of the Brazilian subsidiary of a major French company group, where he coordinated the South American legal work.
Felipe is a lawyer in Brazil and admitted to the Paris Bar.
