Gabe Procaccini

Mr. Procaccini is a leading energy and natural resources transactions practitioner and regularly counsels a diverse range of clients in the negotiation, structuring and drafting of documentation for global energy projects and carbon projects.  Since 2004, Gabe has advised on transactions with a notional value of over USD$125 billion and regularly assists project developers, offtakers, investors and sponsors on transactions involving (i) take-or-pay, take-and-pay and other offtake arrangements, (ii) the development of energy resources and production of environmental commodities, (iii) emissions trading instruments, carbon offsets and other environmental attributes, (iv) the monetization of energy and mining assets through new and emerging markets and pathways, (v) carbon pairing and (vi) the development and commercialization of energy innovations.

Mr. Procaccini holds a JD from the University of Chicago and an MBA and BBA from Loyola College in Maryland, and is a member of the Texas and Florida Bars.

Gabe serves as a Senior Advisor to FCR and is based in Houston, Texas.
