Lukas Rhomberg is a founding partner at Fleury, Coimbra & Rhomberg, specializing in international and Brazilian corporate/M&A, business, and tax law, as well as private clients. With extensive experience, Lukas has advised numerous international companies and groups on structuring their investments in Brazil, including joint ventures, M&A transactions, and subsidiary incorporations. His diverse clientele consists of both Brazilian and foreign companies and entrepreneurs from various countries and industries.

Before establishing Fleury, Coimbra & Rhomberg, Lukas served as a U.S. capital markets lawyer at a leading US law firm’s São Paulo office. Prior to his move to Brazil, he gained valuable experience working with the European Commission (DG Trade – Latin America) and a renowned international law firm in Brussels, where he specialized in European Regulatory and WTO law.
