Lukas Rhomberg is a partner of Fleury, Coimbra & Rhomberg. Lukas’ practice centers on international and Brazilian corporate / M&A, business and tax law. He has assisted dozens of international companies and groups in structuring their investments in Brazil, through joint ventures, M&A transactions or the incorporation of subsidiaries. His clients include Brazilian and foreign companies and entrepreneurs from a broad range of countries and industries.
Prior to founding Fleury, Coimbra & Rhomberg, Lukas worked among others as U.S. capital markets lawyer at a leading U.S. law firm’s São Paulo office. Prior to moving to Brazil, Lukas worked with the European Commission (DG Trade – Latin America) and with a leading international law firm in Brussels (Belgium) as a lawyer specializing in European Regulatory and WTO law.
