Marcelo Coimbra is a founding partner of FCR Law and has worked as a lawyer for over 25 years. Marcelo has extensive experience in advising national and international clients on Brazilian legal matters, with an emphasis on tax, corporate and ESG issues.

He has supported and supports numerous organizations, European investors and international companies, in all legal aspects of the structuring and managing of their activities and operations in Brazil. With a solid background in Tax Law, he has already carried out countless analyzes of taxation in national and international operations.

Due to the great trust placed by customers, he is also the legal representative of several international organizations, scientific entities and foreign companies, with subsidiaries in Brazil.

He has been involved for the past 15 years at the forefront of socio-environmental and business ethics issues.
