Renata Armonia is a partner of Fleury, Coimbra & Rhomberg. She advises multinational and local companies with a particular emphasis on drafting and negotiating contracts related to ​​infrastructure projects. She has significant experience in transactions involving the acquisition of Brazilian SMEs.

From 1999 to 2006 Renata worked as senior lawyer at pay TV company DirecTV (today SKY). From 2006 to 2011, Renata was a legal manager at IOB – Thomson (now Sage Group).

Renata is also an expert in the Energy Sector, with experience in drafting contracts related to the topic, having worked for three years in multinationals in the supply chain of this segment. She coordinated the participation of clients in the New Energy Generation Auction in 2019-2020, for the construction of four plants, having knowledge of the sector’s regulation. In 2021, she completed her MBA in Business in the Electricity Sector, from Fundação Getúlio Vargas.
